Tirzepatide / Mounjaro Works
 

Over the past 2 1/2 months, myself and my extended family have all been using Eli Lilly's FDA approved Mounjaro medication to enhance our diet. Bottom line, it 100% works by shutting off any sensation of hunger. Since it shuts off my hunger, I eat what I want to eat - less than 1,000 calories a day with zero pain. I don't think about food and I don't crave it at all. I've lost 33 pounds, my son 38, my cousin 31, my cousin in law 33, my wife 14, etc. The New England Journal of Medicine (July 21, 2022, Vol 387, No. 3) has a large article about this medicine and it works. My family and I now know that we will never need to be overweight for the rest of our lives.

My husband was recently prescribed Mounjaro for his Type 2 Diabetes, it has decreased his appetite, he also had a mild heart attack and has a stent put in. He has been really faithful about following his Diabetes and Cardiac Diet, no sweets expect fruit, staying away from fried foods, limiting eggs and red meat, eating walnuts and pretzels (single serving size) as a snack. I was hoping to ask my doctor for Mounjaro, but I am switching to Medicare so it does not pay. Will have a serious talk with my doctor when I go in August to see what my options are, I am Type 2 diabetic also.

Each drug has its own contraindications! I personally use natural methods: psychological methods (meditation), as well as physical training that help reduce stress! This helps me! The problem with unnatural drugs is that in addition to the side effects, after stopping them you can quickly gain weight again(((

That's not always the case. I've been off semaglutide for 5 months and have managed to keep the weight off. It all comes down to lifestyle changes. The drug is merely a tool to get you there

While that has worked for me in the past, menopause has been a game changer. Wegovy is just another tool to HELP with the mindful eating and exercise. I have NO food noise. I can walk by snacks. I haven't lost a lot yet, and it's been hard work, but it would be impossible without the drug.

My husband has finally gotten his diabetes under control with Ozempic. Yes, I do believe he became a diabetic due to Lipitor. He has never been overweight a day in his life. He was diagnosed as a diabetic less than a year after the statins.
