Does Red tea Detox program really works?

I can’t speak for Red Tea Detox but I did do the Teami detox. I assume all the Tea-tox are pretty much the same. I saw no significant results using Teami. To be honest it just made me poop a lot. If I lost any weight, it was just water weight. I didn’t feel bad on the detox but I didn’t feel great either. I wouldn’t do it again or any other.

I haven’t personally tried the Red Tea Detox program, but it’s always important to approach any weight loss program with caution.
