I have a friend who is wanting to try this, but I am very sceptical about it. Does anyone have any information on it?

Good way to part with your money. Remember, if any of these diet aids worked, there would be headlines and people rushing to buy them up. Some of them are downright dangerous and can kill you.

You will also find a diet plan in the box. If you eat that, you don't need the pills. Many of them have a dieurtic so you get a water weight loss.

I used to use Dexatrim Natural, mistakenly thinking that "natural" meant no ephedrine. When I was so wired that I could barely sit still and my heart was racing so fast it scared me, I checked the box -- it had "naturally occuring ephedrine". Geez. So then I tried the ephedra-free type, and the only thing I can think of that it would do is give you more energy and make you lose a little water weight, due to the caffeine in it. I can think of better things to spend my money on than Dexatrim, but that's just my opinion. :-D
