Paul McKenna's "Hypnotic Gastric Band"
 

I saw this book with the CD and DVD advertised and got me curious....has anyone tried this system? It says it's "a psychological procedure that can help to convince the unconscious mind that a gastric band has been fitted, so the body behaves exactly as if it were physically present. And, the CD and DVD provide complete support for physical and psychological change while you lose weight...there's no surgery, no scarring and no forbidden foods." The 'no forbidden foods' part sounds good! I just wonder if it could work.....Has anybody has any success with it?

I never tried his programs, but I think I saw him on infomercials, his concept seemed like a scam to me. Good luck.
