I am checking a lot of reviews and such to see what will be the best for me. I've been working out and eating right for a month and only lost 3 pounds. I am stuck at 172. Anyone take any pills that helped? Also, what were the side effects and how long did it take to notice anything. I am going to try Slimquick Pure.

Let me know how the slimquick Pure works, I have been very interested by it. I know when I took regular slimquick powder that I got horrible headaches and nausea, hopefully the "pure" is better.
