I did this when I first started paleo. I was really addicted to sugar and struggled to fight the cravings for chocolates and refined carbs. It helped to get rid of the sugar cravings and I found a massive difference in myself. My tummy was smaller, I wasn't in such a bad mood all the time. Worth a try if you're interested.
