Body Cleanse
 

Looking for a good detox/body cleanse colon cleanse product anyone have any recommendations, would like to do before starting diet.

I would suggest not trying a cleanse. Body cleanse products are just laxatives and diuretics. Most experts state that cleanses do not detoxify the body and can actually be harmful. The body cleanses itself via the liver, kidneys, etc, and is very efficient. The best way to keep the body clean is to just not put junk in it :)
