Thank you. I was very disappointed in myself, to say the least. But, it was just a detour, and I am re-motivated this morning. I am wanting to start hiking as well! All the best to you. I think this plan just might be what you need to see the scales moving downward again. It works for me. I didn't have issues with cravings at all, so hopefully you will benefit the same.
