BeachBody Ultimate Reset

Has anyone used the BeachBody Ultimate Reset? I know of close friends using it now... they are only on day 8 and have lost 11 pounds (male) and 6 pounds (female).

My question... do you put it all back on when you quit??

PS for those that aren't familiar with this diet... it's a combination of mineral drinks and vegan eating that last for 21 days. Looks kinda repulsive to me, but hey, anything to get those last pounds off!

The reviews I've seen, even from beachbody coaches who make money selling it, are that it is pretty scammy. I'd save my money if I were you.

Thank you! I was worried because the ONLY reviews I could find were done by people selling it or coaches which I assume were getting something from it!
