I spent a lot of time and a ridiculous amount of money searching for the magic pill or potion that would make this trip to healthy a lot easier. Sorry to say, I never found it! Everything I've ever tried only had minor effects, if any at all. I've given up on weight loss pills and put my money into vitamins instead. :)
