Looking at the ingredients, it is basically a vitamin fiber pill. Sadly, it has an astronomical markup. Glucommanan is the primary ingredient although I couldn't find info on how much is in it. You can find it fairly cheaply at your local drugstore, around $8-$10 for a bottle.

Its a Homopathic liquid

It comes in a 2 oz bottle just wondering if anyone else is on it it really seems to cut the appetite.:carrot:

Glucommanan is known for that though, have you tried plain glucommanan? It is one of the best fibers out there for appetite suppression and it is fairly inexpensive. It is why many diet products have started using it.
