These supplements seem to be working...

  • Ok. I'm not a big fan of supplements (I usually just take a multivitamin) but after weeks of feeling like I was at a plateau with my strength training (I just wasn't getting strong in terms of increasing my weights for my upper body and I was so sore after workouts), I decided to try L-Glutamine and BCAA supplements. I've been taking them before and immediately after my workouts for the past few days and I'm finally able to push through heavier weights and I notice little sorenesss the next day. I'm excited to see how things progress over the next few weeks. Anyone else taking these?
