Protein Shakes?
 

I've tried VHP. They're good and packed with protein.

I heard ********** is good, but I've also heard it is a scam. Thoughts?

What is VHP? I have tried Jay Robb chocolate and find it to be less bitter than some other shakes. I don't particularly like shakes, but I drink one when I work out really hard lifting. I usually find them most palatable when mixed with crushed ice like a treat, cuz' if it's warm or chunky it makes me kind of gag.

I tried the chocolate ********** shake and it wasn't bad but very expensive. I can't say if they work or not for weight loss(if that is what you want them for) because I only had the one.
