Oral Sprays
 

I was browsing online today and came across an oral spray called crave controller diet defense. This is a mist spray that resembles breath freshener and is supposed to curb the appetite by spraying into the mouth. I've never heard of any appetite curbing sprays before and couldn't find any unbiased reviews that weren't associated with that company. Anyone familiar with this product or similar ones, and the effectiveness of it?
