JNL FUSION: does it work?

Hey guys :dizzy:

I'm thinking of starting JNL fusion workouts. I saw the videos on youtube and they seem pretty intense so i thought they might workout.

Anyone who has done these workouts or doing them right now, Can u pls give me your ideas about the workouts?
