Anyone ever tried GNC Waterex?
 

I am considering taking this to get rid of some water weight and bloating. My breasts are so swollen cuz TOM is near and it is very uncomfortable. Just want to know if it works and if there are any side effects....

I always had a problem with tender breasts before TOM also and my massage therapist would tell me to drink a lot more water. I never did. I'm currently following the Ideal Protein diet and am drinking 80 oz. of water a day. They have not hurt since I've been on the plan. TOM is coming next week and I feel fine.

Did you try it? Did it work? I sometimes hold so much water it makes me uncomfortable, and i was thinking about asking my doctor for some Lasix. I'm like a lot of people, who like the sound of something that's "natural" vs a pharmaceutical.
