WOW! Just by eating breakfast! I hardly every eat breakfast. Maybe I should try that. Mainly what I am wanting to do is lay off the fast food. I have been eating fast food at least 4 times a week if not more for the past year. I also am starting to walk. Today was my first mile around the track. And I have been getting ideas off this site for tips on shopping. Tomarrow I head to the store!

I think eating breakfast jump starts our metabolism for the day. I could be wrong, but that certainly would make sense, right?
