Nope, it's just temporary water loss.

The only thing "good" I've heard about body wraps is that they can temporarily allow you to lose inches. Great I guess if you want to look your best in a sexy outfit for one night.

They're great for making your bank account skinnier.

Water weight

Don't Do It!! LOL really, like everyone else has said, its just the water weight it pulls off you (plus they money it takes from your wallet? does that count as weight loss?!)
|
This is actually the point.
It detoxes you and helps you lose inches, then you are told that beyond that you have to keep up a healthy diet and exercise plan. Many people complain that all these things don't work, but they DO WORK. They do what they say they are going to do (most of them), and say right on the box "when coupled with diet and exercise". |
Thank you for your response redreine. Everyone looks for the magic pill expecting super results with the minimum effort possible... not going to happen. Even with dieting, your results are still not going to get you in SHAPE unless you exercise to tone. No point in losing weight if you're not trying to make your body look GOOD, you know?

If it looks to EASY to be true, it is. These are bandaids, if they even work at all. The weight will be back by next week, as it's just water. If you have a big event like a wedding, heck, maybe try it once. I would invest in an elliptical and get on an exercise plan 1 hour a day, 4-5 days a week on an elliptical if you want real lasting results.
