Hi All,

Recently I was on the GNC website and came across this product. A lot of good reviews with people losing massive weight fast. I need a bit of motivation. Although the caloric intake is very low, I wanted to know if it does work as promised. Sounds too good to be true, but then again with a 500 caloric diet, they maybe possible. I am on a plateau and would love to try this product.

Any input please.

As far as I know, 3FC doesn't support this diet.
