Has anyone used it? Does it work or in 3 days your just back where you started?

Followed the instructions, the diet. Did not lose a pound but my wallet was about $60 lighter.

I think that you can get the same results from buying a bottle of juice at the grocery store and drinking nothing but that for two days. Fasting and juice fasts are definitly not a new idea.

I hate these diet scams.
