Has anyone ever tried the Lillie Ross Diet ? (the one used after the super soup diet).

I bought this woman's EBOOK, and immediately asked for a refund. The soup is very healthy, but everything that was on the book could be found in ANY GOOD HOUSEKEEPING magazine.
