Slimming Pills/ herbal remidies etc

Anyone tried anything lately and seen results? Im looking for something that will supress my appetite

I tried oxy elite pro and had good success but once I stopped taking the pills I had mood swings for 2-3 days. Overall appetite supression was great. You need to exrecise when taking these pills for max results.
