Krill Oil
 

As a better alternative to Omega 3's or Fish oil supplements. Anyone tried it? They have a womens version with evening primrose for hormone regulation. I also have psoriasis so I thought it might help with that as well since flax, etc is meant to help.

Joseph Mercola speaks about the wonders of Krill Oil and that is where I found my info. I saw him on an episode of The Doctors explaining its benefits but can't seem to find too many online reviews of Krill Oil specifically.

I've been taking fish oil for a few years and just ordered krill oil from Pro/grade after reading good things about it.

I love Krill oil! I have used it for over a year.
