Digestive Cleanse
 

I have heard of people getting a colon cleanse. But, I have always thought ok, maybe they have a problem where it is needed. But, after stalled weight loss for months and irregular bm's. I researched and finally decided to try this cleanse myself. Even though I know the body naturally cleanse, I had to give this a try. So, I purchased the 21 day digestive cleanse from herbalife. I have made it through week 1, and down 7 lbs. But while doing this cleanse, I have cut out all meat, which was not hard for me since, I don't eat beef or pork. I am still watching my calorie intake as well. I eat lots of fruits,veggies, drink protein shakes, and make sure I get enough fiber. I love the way my body feels. Tomorrow, I will start my gym routine again. I never would have thought I have that much waste in my body. I am even considering just giving up meat for good. My body feels so much better without it. :carrot:
