I watch her show everyday and the other day they had three girls who worked in bakeries and they sent them some new appetite control things to try. The only one that seemed to work was the Sinfully Delicious dessert spray! I found the website and they also have candy that is supposed to be like 8 calories for 4 pcs. The desserts range from Chocolate truffles to Strawberry Cheesecake. The assortment which has 96 pcs is only about $12.

Just wondering if anybody has tried this and does it work?? For $12 it might be worth a try. The ad says something to the affect of if you replace a 500 calorie dessert everyday with this stuff, you will lose a lb a week. The girl that did it on Rachael Ray said that she lost some weight with it! I have a ferocious sweet tooth so anything that would help that would be a God send!
