Dancing with the stars?
 

There is a new "Dancing with the stars excersize video"

I was actually walking around at Sears and I saw a shelf with these with a sticker saying "Shed pounds quick!"
Have you done it? Does it work?

I haven't seen it or used it, but I would think doing dance moves like that would be fun and would burn lots of calories! Couldn't hurt.
