Anyone on "Insanity" by Shaun T for Beach Body??
 

Want to follow the "Insanity" program, anyone tried, is doing it, or planning to do it? Need a buddy too! :)

I'm actually doing P90x mixed with Insanity. I did day 2 of Insanity today and it is... insane :)

It definitely works!!! I did it for 3 months, every other day and lost a pound a week. So every other day (not the recommended amount which is 6 days and not really watching what I eat but keeping it under 1800 calories). So if you do it the right way I will bring much greater results:D

PS Ive started doing it 3 times a week and p90x for weight training. It kinda feels good getting your butt kicked:D
