Jillian Michael's Starter Kit
 

OK, I am pretty sure this hasn't been out long enough for anyone to really give this product a fair shot, but does anyone know exactly what this is? I really really really hope Jillian isn't selling out to the diet pill industry for a quick $. That would make me lose all respect I have for her.

If you look at the ingredients, it is basically a remix of every other diet pill out there including one ingredient that Consumer Reports has named in their 'dirty dozen' for having potentially dangerous side effects. Unfortunately, it isn't anything new and like all other diet pills, I'd avoid it.

I'm trying Jillian's Calorie Control and it does help control my appetite some. I have spent the last 1/2 hour trying to find out if it could be harmful. I still am not sure. Thanks for the input, I'll continue my search

That's a real disappointment. All the preaching she does about doing things the right way and then sells out to cold hard cash. Should I be suprised anymore? :(

debbiekay - for the calorie control, it looks to have relatively safe ingredients unless you have preexisting heart condition, bleeding disorder or an allergy to aspirin. It still is just a remix of other diet pills on the market though.
