Hey, I read the book and it just basically says eat right, exercise, and drink at least 8 cups of tea a day. Has anyone tried this? I've done it for a week or so now and haven't seen much of a difference weight wise (I am 136 and trying to get back down to 135 from Thanksgiving weight and might even want to get down to 130). Eating right (ie, a reduced number of calories) and exercising will certainly cause weight loss. The effect of the tea is, at least as far as research has shown us, probably pretty negligible.
