Hi,

I know that there is no magic pill and that eating right and excersising is the key. But I quit smoking about 1 and 1/2 months ago and my appetite is insane. Is there any pill that will help curb my appitite?

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

It's the oral fixation, not hunger. I suggest sugar-free gum, it is your best friend. Trust me, I stopped smoking just last year and the only thing that has worked is gum and getting active when cravings strike!!
