Has anyone tried this, or heard if it works? It looks kind of neat, but I'm not sure. https://www.tryabcircle.com.

It is possible to thicken your waist if you overexercise your obliques which it looks like this machine does. It may be a cardio workout? Which would burn calories but still it seems like it'll add inches to your waist.

My co-worker that sits next to me bought this a month ago. She was surprised at how you really feel it! She does the program on the lowest setting (different coils that you adjust as you gain more muscle). She does it twice a day (6 minutes total) and I have seen a huge difference. I would guesstimate she has gone down a size even tho she wont say how much she has lost. I think for her it wasnt a serious purchase...more of a "let's see if this works in 30 days and we'll see"

I thought about trying the 30 days, but I worry about fine print in there. Not to mention how much it might cost to send it back. You never know what companies try to hide in the fine print. :P I wonder if it would work the front abs too...
