Cider Vinegar Tablets
 

Has anyone here taken them to burn fat ? My mom just gave me a bottle of them and I was wondering should I bother.

They don't burn fat and aren't beneficial in weight loss.

they dont work, or atleast i dont know anyone who has benifited from them

This cider vinegar thing was big in the 70s, and even before then as a "health cure". I have read of people burning their esophagus from the vinegar. I wouldn't bother.

Some people apparently had capsules stuck in thoat and did have their throats damaged because of the vinegar.
