Hey guys. So there is an Ebook called Strip That Fat. It isn't a miracle, or anything! You read it and learn. I think thats what I need. I guess it also helps you plan meals and shopping lists and what not... I'm thinking about getting it soon! Has anyone here tried it or known anyone who has?

I haven't read the book, but I know it's a pretty popular affiliate product - meaning that the publisher pays sellers a certain amount of money for every person they get to buy the book. For that reason, I'm pretty skeptical - the purpose of the ebook isn't to inform or help people to lose weight, it's to make money. I'd go to your local library instead - I bet you can get just as much good information for free there.
