2 Week Total Body Turnaround

I got this in my email today (haha!) and though I don't think I will be changing what I am doing since it is obviously working for me, I was just curious if anyone else had heard of this and/or is doing the program and how it all works and the results so far. They claim to have a 100% success rate. It is a program "tested" by the people at Prevention magazine.

Don't waste your money! It is basically a book with a few execises and some "recipes" and they charge you $45!! No life changing info unless you don't already know to eat less and exercise!
