Does it actually work, and if so, how??

It appears to be a high caffeinated energy drink. It should give you energy if that is what you are looking for but so would tea, coffee or other caffeinated drinks.

I use to drink celsius a lot, I really can't say anything about it's weight loss claims because I was dieting and exercising along with it. So who's to say my weight loss had nething to do with the drink? But for an energy drink I liked it, low calorie, taste good, and gave me lots of energy. I like the orange kind the best
