Does it REALLY work? I bought it and i have tried it, following all the directions to the letter for the past 6 months Eating the right foods, exercising ect.), and i see NOTHING! Does it REALLY work, and who has or has not had success with it? :?:

My mom had good luck with it, but she was eating a fair bit of fat. If you don't eat junk food, I've heard it doesn't do anything. It's supposed to help block some of the fat you eat from being absorbed. If you don't consume heaps of fatty foods, I've heard it doesn't do much.

I had the exact same experience, no change, no side effects, no weight loss!

It does help. Remember you shouldn't take it when you are eating a meal with less than 5 grams of fat. It also won't help if you are ingesting fattening food all the time and then, you will get treatment affects.
