Bodywraps??
 

Hello Everyone!!

I was thinking about getting body wraps to maybe help tone some trouble areas. Has anyone tried this and did it work?

I have tried them but have not been consistent with them. I didn't notice any real difference, but other people I know who have done them consistently say they work.

I worked with a girl who lost 6 inches from the wraps and someone else told me they lost 10 pounds from doing one almost every day for a month.

And I was talking about the Infrared wraps.

oh ok..I never heard of the Infrared wraps. It can't be too different from the traditional body wraps. I will save my money then..lol!

They work by dehydrating you so basically they don't work :)
