Just wondering if anyone has tried the VT-7 or any other vibrating machine, where they claim 10 minutes a day on this machine 3 days a week will help lose inches, burn fat, and boost metabolism. Has anyone tried this? I am curious to try it and curious to see other peoples results. thanks in advance!

I have tried it. I tried it after my dinner. One week later, I am amazing that I have lost 2 pounds.

From what I understand, the results are minimal at best and the results are not even weight loss or metabolism but rather increase in bone density. I think it's another case of marketers taking a small benefit and blowing it out of proportion to sell a product, and an expensive one at that. I could be wrong, lol, but that's just what it appears to be after reading several studies. I actually came close to buying one about two years ago. Then I read a study showing no benefit and I was thankful I hadn't made the purchase.
