Does anyone have experience with this yogurt? I've been having some stomach problems lately and I bought this in hopes it'd help. After I got home I did a little extra research and it seems like there are a lot of reviews saying it makes people worse, etc so I'm hesitant about eating it. I had figured it couldn't hurt but now I'm not sure. Anyone?

Well, I eat Activia almost every single day for about a year now for no special reasons, just because I like it :) Some researchers says that it helps bloated stomach, some say it helps lose weight ... I guess that's just a scam, I haven't seen any difference in my body even if I eat it only because I like it.
If you just bought it because you have some stomach problems, just eat it, it wouldn't hurt you and wouldn't help either.

Thanks! I read so many horror stories about it causing really bad problems I got a bit worried about it myself. I'm going to go try it now :)

Horror stories ? lol ... I m still alive after consuming it for a year. The only horror thing about it is it's expensive compared to other regular yogurts :)

Lol so far so good! Had it again today. I'm not sure I feel any different but I know it takes a while so we'll see! :-D
