I read about it in WomensHealth, but like usual they are very unspecific about what it intails. I'm looking for information on the exercises and what the diet consists of. I just need to shake things up abit. And at 4 installments of $7.99 plus shipping, I want to see if anyone has had any long term sucess. Thanks!!
