Does the 5-7 diet work?
You eat 500 calories of protein and 700 calories of fruits and veggies a day? All in all you consume about 1200 calories a day. You must also work out for at least 30 minutes everyday and drink 8 glasses of water.
Where's the healthy fats that your body needs for vitamin and hormone production? Seems way to simplistic. Especially since one size doesn't fit all.
Maybe you get the fats from the protein? And some fruits contain fat, like avocados..
Sounds like another fad diet to me.
Sounds like a big maybe. Maybe yes, Maybe no. Depends on what you eat. Think the plan needs to be fleshed out a little more.
