The 5-7 diet

  • Does the 5-7 diet work?

    You eat 500 calories of protein and 700 calories of fruits and veggies a day? All in all you consume about 1200 calories a day. You must also work out for at least 30 minutes everyday and drink 8 glasses of water.
  • Where's the healthy fats that your body needs for vitamin and hormone production? Seems way to simplistic. Especially since one size doesn't fit all.
  • Maybe you get the fats from the protein? And some fruits contain fat, like avocados..
  • Sounds like another fad diet to me.
  • Sounds like a big maybe. Maybe yes, Maybe no. Depends on what you eat. Think the plan needs to be fleshed out a little more.
