has anyone here tried the zone by dr. sears?
if so did it work and are you still on it?
i am thinking about giving it a serious try but with a few of my own tweaks, there are a few things i don't like about it, nothing major, just some little things. i signed up to join their forum, but they are not as active as this site, so i was hoping to make some sone friends here.
any advice is greatly appreciated.
