Hey everyone..i couldnt find a thread on this.. but has anyone tried the pills called 7 day detox? No one has really said many side effects or anything.. mostly im just wondering if anyone on here has any more info on it. Thanks

I'm glad you decided to investigate it further instead of just ordering it. I checked the ingredients and it looks like a lot of laxatives and diuretics, so you'll spend a LOT of time in the bathroom. However, there's nothing in there proven to help you burn fat, which is the only thing we want to lose when we lose weight. Their ad is filled with lies and it's probably just a matter of time before the FTC sends them their warning letter. I would imagine that anyone taking this product would feel very sick at the end of the week. Any weight loss on the toilet just comes back the next time you eat or drink anything. Personally, I'd avoid this one.

With all the diuretics & laxative properties of the pill, I expect that most of those 7 days would be spent on a toilet

Losing weight is not the same as losing fat.
