I've been considering getting one or the other (since they're a bit expensive I'm only going for one haha), but has anyone had success with these? Is it really worth it or is it just best to do your own research and exercise? In my case, I'm doing okay with nutrition (never too hungry, I have energy throughout the day, and still losing slowly) and the coach at the gym gives me my training regiment anyway. I don't think it might be worth it, maybe?

I'm not familiar with either one to give advice. However, there is a free version of Kayla's routine at http://www.shape.com/fitness/workout...-kayla-itsines that should help you try it out and decide if you want to buy the full version.

I would take Kayla Itsines over TIU.
