Default Special K Protein/Fiber Water

Has anyone else tried this yet? I give it a thumbs up. It really helps take the edge off of my appetite just enough that I don't over eat. I have been drinking one before lunch and one before dinner, and I have to say, I am full for a couple of hours afterwards. I hope it continues to work for me.

Yes! I love it! I've been drinking it in between meals for a snack. :-)

I will buy one today to try it out. It's hard for me to drink plain water when its cold, but in the summer, I have no problem.

Thanks for letting us know

I'm going to buy more tomorrow at the store, and make sure I don't run out of this stuff. I tell you, it's the best weight loss aid I've used along with Alli. I feel full for hours after drinking this and eating a small meal- what a difference this makes! Well worth the 30 calories.

Only drawback is my store only has one flavor. I hope they add more flavors, as I like variety. Still, that won't stop me from drinking it- this stuff is gold in a little packet.

I like them. The protein water tastes good, kinda like Koolaid.

Default In Canada?

Does anyone know if this is available in Canada? I've never heard of it but it sounds interesting!

I have to be honest...they just don't do it for me...the taste is ok, but a plain glass of water does the same thing in my case. The bars looked yummy, but I just couldn't bring myself to pay 5 dollars for them.

I've been thinking about the protein drink too. If I find them in my shopping tomorrow, I'll report back here.

I forgot! sorry. I'll try to remember this thread and post again if I find some. Would you other Canadians do the same? Thanks.

I bought the powder this weekend and tried it for the first time this morning. I eat breakfast super early in the morning (like 5:30-6:30am) and then go to the gym before work. I usually have a snack after going to the gym around 8:00-8:30, like 2 hard boiled eggs-minus the whites, but I get hungry for lunch around 10:30 or 11:00. Today I drank a bottle of water with a packet in it and it totally took care of my hunger pains. I was reasonably hungry by my normal 12:00 lunch time which allowed me to eat only what I brought for lunch (I sometimes hit my afternoon snacks at lunch). I plan to continue to use this product to help me out during the in between meal times.

Do you have a Super WalMart? I'm having a hard time finding this anywhere but there, and my local Super WalMart carries both the pre-mixed bottles as well as the packets. We have three flavors here (strawberry-kiwi, pink lemonade, and I think peach iced tea). I keep a box in my desk and mix up a bottle before I head into traffic, and it really helps curb the tummy rumbles on the way home. I'm not so apt to hit the fridge before dinner with this stuff.

I adore this stuff, but it's a bit hard to find. I haven't seen it at the regular Wal Mart, our CVS only carries one flavor, and Target (Super, Greatland, or plain) doesn't carry it. But like you, I'm hoping to see more flavors.

I was actually kind've shocked at how good they worked. I honestly did feel fuller after I drank one. It's not a miracle drink but it is pretty effective. I will be buying more.
