Yoga Booty Ballet... anyone??
 

Hi. This is my 1st day here, and I'm sorry if this is already a topic somewhere but when I searched the forum nothing came up.

I just bought the Yoga Booty Ballet kit and havent tried it yet. I was wondering if anyone here has had any luck with it?

It's a lot of fun! We used to have some fans in our exercise forum. You might try a post there to start up a new support group if you'd like :)

It is very fun! I used to do it before but now I go to the gym. Not because it didnt work, but because I need to make myself go somewhere to actually work out.. or I will put it off all day and then end up not doing it lol.

I think I'm in the minority as I disliked it, but I did LOVE TurboJam which is also made by Beach Body. I don't know why but I felt silly with YBB. Seriously though give it a go!

I have it and like it. But I don't really use it...because if i try doing workouts at home- I don't do it. Simple as that. So I just go to the gym now for motivation!! But you should def try it... you might like it and actually be able to stick to the videos! :D

I had considered buying it! I was in Target the other day and I was torn between buying Yoga Booty Ballet or Core Rhythms. I ended up going with core rhythms because I like the latin dancing aspect of it. I've always been curious to know if YBB has worked for anybody. Let me know how it works out for you!

I've heard of it and seen it at Target but I bout the Billy Blanks Boot camp instead. Mainly because of price and I know that his works.
