anybody thought of trying slimbomb?
 

I looked up the ingredients (which weren't so easy to find). It looks like nothing new with the same old ingredients in every other diet pill that doesn't work.

Ingredients: vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Biotin, Pantothenic acid, Guarana seed 4:1 extract, Spirulina, Bladderwrack, Phaseolamin(northern white kidney bean 4:1 extract, green tea leaf extract, gelatin, rice flour, cellulose, silica, magnesium, stearate, titanium dioxide, EEC patent blue VE13. Contains caffeine.

I take a lot of these different supplements and ....
 

they will probably not help you lose weight BUT they won't hurt you either.

The green tea extract does have some diuretic effect. Caffeine does rev your metabolism but it also can increase your hunger sometimes. I take the magnesium, biotin, Vitamin C and some of the other natural minerals because most of us who are overweight are deficient in those. Taking those have made me healthier but they haven't made me thinner.

You would be better off to take a good multi-vitamin.

Eat less and move more. You'll lose weight doing those two things.;)

Ive just purchased Slim Bomb and im starting them tomorrow so we will soon find out the results.
Ps. When did you start and how are they doing??
