Crunchless abs works for me

i actually really like the crunchless abs. i totally feel it working my abs and i feel much more in control than i have with pilates. huh, that's too bad that some folks have had trouble with customer service. my order went great. it showed up not even 2 1/2 weeks after i ordered it, and i just called right away to cancel the subscription thingy. they were polite and fast - no voice mail purgatory at all.

Crunchless Abs

I ordered Crunchless Abs.....and thought I was doing a great thing. BUT, as it turns out they automatically enroll you in a program called a "continuity program" which means that every month they send you something else and charge your credit card for it whether you signed up for it or not! I did not sign up for anything but they sent it anyway!

My suggestion would be to forget about crunchless Abs......you don't need the headaches this company causes with their underhanded marketing

Update on Crunchless Abs??

Any updates on how Crunchless Abs works??

I am not too worried about the ordering... I was wondering if it really works the abs..

Thanks!

I had the same experience as Rosemary - would stay away from it if I were you.

Doing planks are free and are effective for the core. Abs are made in the kitchen, there's no other way.

check it out

I was considering ordering this because I teach, and I'm always looking for ideas. After getting frustrated by their website, I started looking online. The hit on ripoffreport.com convinced me that I don't want to go through all this trouble.

works but there's a hidden unpleasant surprise

I actually like the first DVD (sessions 1, 2 & 3) and while I don't notice a difference in appearance or weight loss that I can attribute to this program, I do notice a difference in the way my abs and midsection feel. I've lost 40 pounds since October 2008 by portion control, walking (I'm now up to 15 minute miles for 3 - 5 miles), using an elliptical cross trainer (up to 30 minutes now) and using the Walk Away the Pounds videos (great, by the way).

I ordered the first Crunchless Abs dvd just before Christmas 2008. I got the dvd in a timely manner, and my account was charged in a timeley manner. However, a couple of months later I noticed another charge from them. Shortly after that I received another package with additional dvd's and equipment that I had not ordered. I went back to the site and noticed after digging a couple of levels into the ordering page, that they have an automatic "renewal" program. They will automatically charge you for additional programs for a special rate. But the special rate is only for the 30 trial period. If you don't return them within 30 days, you are charged the full amount, which is about $20 more. I cannot find this information anywhere on their website. So SURPRISE! Be aware of this hidden charge. The only way to avoid it is to call their support number after receiving the first shipment and cancel the renewal program. They offered me a few "deals" to continue, but I declined.

I am sorry you had bad experiences with the Crunchless Abs ordering. I have the DVDs but I did not order them from them, I found them at CVS pharmacy and it comes with 2 disks. No shipping and handling and I can take it back within 30 days if I don't like it. Most of the things they say will not be in stores for infomercials actually will be. My mother says I am the queen of finding stuff that is not supposed to be in stores. If you ever wonder which products those are, you could PM me and I would find it for you and tell you what store to get it.

I haven't tried the DVDs yet but I opened one and she had a menu planner in there that is currently helping me out a lot. I just modified the heck out of it.

I just wanted to add my experience with the Crunchless Abs program on this thread. The infomercial makes a $9.99 offer, but in order to get the full package you end up paying close to $60.00. When I ordered the package it arrived a week after I ordered it. I guess they've become more efficient with shipping out orders. After a week of using the program along with following my regular cardio program, I do have to admit that I have noticed results. I was really skeptical and perhaps I still am, but we'll see how I continue progress as I continue following the program. Hopefully, this information helps everybody out! Also, I love All Star Workouts on FitTV. I'm the kind of person that hates working out and I need to have somebody to tell me what to do with my body in order to keep it in shape, lol. The instructors on that TV show explain everything and it definitely gets your heart rate up. Sometimes I get frustrated with them, though, because sometimes I feel like I can't keep up, but that's what DVR is for, right?
