Eating Clean
 

Has anyone ever done this, specifically using the Tosca Reno book?

I've been thinking about buying this book, did you buy it? What do you think of it if you did?

I have that Tosca Reno book. I found it very enjoyable to read although it really doesn't tell you too much you haven't heard before. I'd recommend it as an addition to anybody's weight-control collection.

Hi Martha - I'm a clean eater although I was eating clean long before Tosca's book (I am a South Beacher and it just evolved). Tosca's book is worth it if eating clean is a new concept to you - if you're already familiar with it, it's not going to cover anything new.

As far as a way of eating, eating clean is a wonderful way to go - it can be a great way to lose weight and much healthier than eating all the processed foods out there. I highly recommend it.
