Does anyone know when fen/phen was taken off the market?

    I seem to recall it was 97 but I'm not sure if this is right or what month. If anyone knows, can you let me know. Thanks.

    was when the FDA announced the withdrawal of fenfluramine (Pondimin) and Dexfenfluramine (Redux). The "Phen" (phentermine) portion was not taken off the market.

    Can you not do a search on the drug name that might tell you when it was taken off? Perhaps even going to an FDA website? Just wondering..
